📋 Description

• Leader of the DACH region, consisting of Germany, Austria and Switzerland • Help build a high performing team • Represent the function with senior internal and external stakeholders • Own business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI performance • Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement • Keep alignment with sales to perform a capacity planning • Lead initiatives, transformation programs, and change management • Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact decisions • Able to act as a Payroll lead / support the team with: Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup • Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations • Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks • Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams. • Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness • Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of relevant professional experience in management roles. • Solid knowledge of local payroll and time regulations in Germany and proven expertise in payroll system configuration and integrations • Hands-on mindset with a willingness to explore and apply innovative solutions • Fluent in English and German. With excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset • Previous experience working on international payroll projects is a plus • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
