📋 Description

• Edit short-form reels, match highlights, and promotional content using CapCut Pro or Descript • Create game announcements, promotions, and sponsor graphics using Canva and AI tools • Write post captions and community messages with AI assistance via Claude or ChatGPT • Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using Buffer or Later • Manage DMs and comments while maintaining consistent brand voice • Plan weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with the game schedule • Coordinate with the UAE-based videographer for match-day capture assets • Own Google SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and long-form blog content • Produce 2–4 SEO-optimised blog articles per month targeting UAE-specific football search intent • Maintain Google Business Profile and local SEO across venue locations • Drive organic search performance against key competitors

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in social media / content role • 2+ years hands-on SEO experience — keyword research, on-page optimisation, content strategy, proven track record ranking content on Google • Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) • Proven portfolio of short-form video and design output • Fluent English • Ability to work independently and must be available for weekly sync at UAE morning time • Hands-on experience with CapCut Pro or Descript for video editing, Canva and AI tools for graphic design, and Claude or ChatGPT for AI-assisted copywriting • Experience using Buffer or Later to schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook • Experience managing online communities and coordinating with external creatives such as videographers • Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.
