Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct Engineering Management experience • Experience hiring, growing, and developing engineers • Lead by example in fast-paced, high-impact environments • Experience building scalable software and backend systems • Hold yourself and others to a high bar in working with production systems • Thrive in a collaborative cross-functional environment • Excellent verbal and written communication • Preferred qualifications • Experience developing and shaping externally facing products • Leading hybrid teams (in-office + remote) • Building systems to deliver Webhooks • Experience across various infrastructure systems like distributed databases, service frameworks, async processing services
