Description

• Aggressively pursue sales of compressed air products and services including new machine sales, service, parts, rentals, lubricants, energy audits, air surveys, and training programs • Provide customers with engineering services and consultation for compressed air systems • Analyze customer accounts to determine equipment needs and establish rapport between customers and The Hope Group • Identify, develop, and educate a sub-dealer network in assigned area • Prepare presentations for specific account requirements • Supervise product order acquisition, delivery, installation, and start-up • Stay current on equipment technology to enhance competitive selling situations • Represent company at industry and trade show events • Provide advanced systems consultation to customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred • Proven ability to work with technical products and sales • 2+ years industrial sales experience, air compressor systems experience preferred • Desire, self-confidence, imagination, commitment, and self-motivation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization and time management skills • Valid driver’s license and insurability to operate vehicle required • Proven ability to be a leader, manager, and motivator of others
