The ideal candidate will desire to travel and interface with customers and channel partners, and be able to drive rapid growth. Potential to work from home office in a major metro area with access to major airport; Dallas, TX metro area or Mesa, AZ are preferred.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales strategy across regional sales resources consisting of direct outside sales personnel, Manufacturers Reps, and distributors Utilize data mining and analytics to identify new market / customer opportunitiesActively manage the demand creation pipeline Achieve or exceed region sales and gross margin targetsMaintain active and regular territory visit scheduleCoordinate across SV functional departments, and Amphenol divisions, to maximize capture rate on new opportunities and ensure repeat businessProvide project management oversight on customer business execution as neededPrepare and present monthly forecastCreate and execute the sales elements of the multi-year Strategic Plan
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business • Self-starter with focused analytical problem solving skills • 5 to 10 years of technical sales experience in the Electronics industry; RF/MW industry experience preferred but not required • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as computer and presentation skills (Excel / PowerPoint) • Ability to travel 50% with overnight stays • Potential to work from home office in a major metro area with access to major airport; Dallas, TX metro area or Mesa, AZ are preferred. • The candidate must be able to legally work in the United States; we are unable to provide sponsorship. Position requires candidate to be a US Person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (US Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 USC 1101(a) (20).
