• Marketing Strategy: Lead strategic marketing plans that generate awareness and interest in SWTCH's EV charging solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals. • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, create, and execute integrated campaigns, in conjunction with the sales (and possibly product team) that generate high-quality leads and awareness in specific markets and/or verticals. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events to drive awareness & demand. • Content Creation: Craft and collaborate with SWTCH’s Manager, Marketing Communications to produce engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, infographics, and more. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and drives demand. • Marketing Automation: Utilize Salesforce’s Marketing Automation platform to streamline lead management, email marketing, and reporting for strategic campaigns. • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of your campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize results. • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the EV charging and sustainable energy sector. Apply this knowledge to refine demand generation strategies and position SWTCH as a thought leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. • Proven experience as a marketing manager, experience with demand generation, lead gen, and end-to-end campaigns a key asset. • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and concise content. • Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially Salesforce, and marketing automation tools, such as Pardot. • Knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) industry, EV charging, sustainable energy, or related technical areas is a plus. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote work environment. • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to contributing to SWTCH's mission.
