Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Radiation Therapy products in the assigned territory. • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and hospital administrators. • Provide in-depth product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of brachytherapy solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical support, and research and development, to ensure the effective promotion and implementation of brachytherapy products. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest advancements in radiation therapy and brachytherapy techniques to provide expert guidance to customers. • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events to promote brachytherapy products and expand professional networks. • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue projections using CRM software. • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences, medical technology, or business. • Minimum of 5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably in radiation oncology or a closely related field. • Strong understanding of radiation therapy and brachytherapy principles, techniques, and equipment. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
