• Identify and research high-quality prospects across relevant sectors, job titles, and organisations • Work with SAP, SAP partners and other stakeholders to build targeted attendee lists • Work with event production team to identify upsell opportunities through our speakers • Deliver proactive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to past delegates, warm leads, and new prospects • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to confirmed delegate bookings • Build trust-based relationships with delegates to encourage multi-event attendance • Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging and support campaign targeting • Execute structured post-event follow-up to convert new contacts into future bookings
• Proven experience in delegate sales, inside sales, or customer engagement, ideally in B2B events or conferences • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals • Comfortable working to outreach, conversion, and revenue targets • Experience managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools (HubSpot desirable) • Organised, proactive, commercially minded, and customer focused
