Description

• Effectively manage complex program management aspects from inception to implementation, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals • Lead the development and execution of enterprise strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives • Drive the annual financial planning and budgeting process, setting goals and objectives in coordination with stakeholders • Support creation of executive and Board-level communications materials, crafting compelling presentations and written artifacts • Establish and maintain Strategy department infrastructure, meticulously documenting processes and collateral for efficient operations • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence activities, providing actionable insights for decision-making • Collaborate closely with business leaders to analyze complex problems, perform diligence, and contribute to strategic initiatives • Engage in cross-functional initiatives to foster alignment and success across departments. • Lead in strategic conversations with prospective partners, collaborating closely with the Growth team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within healthcare or a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank
