📋 Description

• Leading a motivated field sales team (Field Sales) that acquires restaurant partners • Ensuring restaurants are onboarded, delight customers, and drive growth for Lieferando • Acting as the central interface between the field sales team and the Head of Field Sales at HQ • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets • Developing sales strategies with peers and the Head of Field Sales • Supporting the team in pitches and providing on-site coaching during regular market visits • Organising training sessions and team meetings • Continuously developing and optimising sales processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading field sales teams • Sense of responsibility, pace, and strong organisational skills • Strong target mindset and motivation to increase sales performance • Empathetic and committed personality to inspire and strengthen the team • Role model in sales and willingness to share know-how for team development • Analytical thinking • Ability to develop data-driven strategies, communicate them persuasively, and implement them consistently • High willingness to travel while based at the Berlin headquarters
