Description
• Maximize customer value within the constraints of Business Units goals and business strategy. • Responsibility for representing key stakeholders in prioritization of the business requirements. • Securing delivery of the services to business units based on defined service levels and KPIs. • Manage planning, monitor and modifying the Product Backlog. • Cooperate with main stakeholders in resource and budget allocation on Squad-level to fulfill Squad's goal. • Cooperate with Chapter Leads in defining the composition of the Squad. • Manage Team and members performance. • Manage quality control of the developed project. • Ultimate responsibility for accepting developed increment at the end of the sprint. • Will be the single point of contact with our customers (Business Units). • Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. • Defining the vision for the team’s product. • Creating a product road map based on this vision. • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements. • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development. • Developing user stories. • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process. • Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates. • Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
Requirements
• Strong experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager. • Experience in product development from start to finish. • Ability to determine overall vision of products. • Prioritization skills for backlog management. • Stakeholder management and representation. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
