📋 Description

• Full Recruitment cycle for Tech candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles • Collaborate closely with recruitment and account managers to support active hiring processes • Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in our ATS/CRM • Continuously improve sourcing strategies, tools, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or research (tech is a big plus) • Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to candidates directly • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus; work is in English)
