• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience coordinating schedules and managing executive calendars • Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
