🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling email correspondence • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other productivity tools • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment • Experience supporting international clients or working in a fast-paced remote organization is a plus
