Description

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize and scale B2B and B2C revenue operations • Lead the revenue operations team, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure success • Manage the sales tech stack, ensuring integration and functionality across systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and systems across all revenue channels • Utilize data analytics for revenue forecasting and identifying growth opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, with a focus on both B2B and B2C environments • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team • In-depth knowledge of sales tech stacks and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, Marketo and ChurnZero and Drift • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional communication and project management skills
