Description

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and establish strong relationships. • Conduct engagement campaigns to identify challenges and create growth opportunities. • Run demos of TeamSnap platform and follow up on inquiries. • Use data analysis to drive account plans and strategy. • Uncover customer needs through deep discovery and customized demonstrations. • Act as industry expert to shape Voice of the Customer initiatives. • Optimize sales toolkit to improve conversion rate. • Build and nurture growth opportunities to achieve revenue quota and CRM compliance. • Open to taking calls after 5 pm for volunteer-led organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years in Customer Success Relationship Management or Account Management in a SaaS environment. • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas. • Ability to travel occasionally. • Sports industry experience preferred.
