• Minimum 3-5 years in Customer Success Relationship Management or Account Management in a SaaS environment. • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas. • Ability to travel occasionally. • Sports industry experience preferred.
• Equipped with latest tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and ChurnZero. • Continuous training and coaching for success. • Provide valuable feedback that drives overall team strategy.
