Description

• Responsible for nurturing and growing Community Analytics partnerships • Support client with direct & frequent communications • Deliver on KPIs and drive team to hit targets • Manage and lead client check-in meetings • Drive efficient cross-functional collaboration within the Flipside org • Build and execute programs for the Flipside Earn platform • Provide succinct weekly reporting & updates to internal and external teams • Lead the narrative development process • Activate ambassadors and support delivery of partner analytics requests • Devote appropriate amount of time per account based on contract size & needs • Build relationships within partner ecosystems to promote growth campaigns and champion Flipside’s name • Supporting responsibilities: Support the Account Manager on QBRs & renewals with slide creation & KPIs reporting • Provide ecosystem insights & SME to the business development team • Advise on strategic decision-making for driving partner outcomes

Requirements

• Proven track record of 3+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in blockchain or data analytics industry • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications required • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
