Description
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues • Collaborate with the Level 1 support team to escalate complex problems • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to identify root causes • Document support processes and solutions for future reference • Assist in testing new product features and updates
Requirements
• 3+ Years of advanced IT support (MSP) experience • Proficient in PowerShell / scripting • Advanced knowledge in server, firewall, and networking • Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies like O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint & Intune • Must be a great communicator • Organized & Consistent • Team Player • Process-driven individual
