• Manage existing clients and acquire new customers across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) • Drive the development of partnerships • Implement the sales strategy • Identify and exploit growth opportunities • Develop customer outreach concepts and present tailored solutions • Secure contract agreements and continually deepen customer relationships (B2B)
• Several years of professional experience with demonstrable success in sales • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or equivalent qualification • Good CRM skills; experience in the housing sector (residential property management) is a plus • Strong self-organization is an essential part of your daily work approach • Willingness to travel within the region • Confidently engage with decision-makers and associations in the housing and energy sectors
