• Develop and maintain the 3 year merchandise roadmap, including expansion into new sales channels. • Own the day to day operations of the online stores. • Manage store merchandising, navigation, and commercial optimization. • Analyze store performance and make data driven recommendations. • Improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), checkout flow, and overall customer purchasing experience. • Execute quarterly campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager from an operational and commercial perspective. • Manage supplier relationships, timelines, and manufacturing. • Oversee logistics, fulfilment, and inventory planning. • Own product costing, pricing, and profit margin analysis in partnership with Finance. • Continuously improve operational efficiency, supplier performance, product quality, and costs. • Manage the CX Representative (Tweet) and Special Projects Coordinator (Dianne).
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or a related role. • Obsessed with excellent customer experience, without compromise. • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Shopify. • Solid understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. • Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
