• Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects and prioritize daily tasks • Work cross-functionally (e.g., Customer Success, Reimbursement, Sales) to ensure we meet/exceed company goals • Answer all patient calls and email inquiries to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues related to insurance billing. • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring they feel supported and valued. • Use proactive problem-solving skills to create and offer solutions to customers of varying complexity • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree or 2+ years healthcare revenue cycle / billing operations • Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish) • Familiar with laboratory billing, EDI enrollment, payer portals, Quadax a plus • Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and Google Suite (e.g. Sheets, Docs) • Salesforce experience a plus • Experience working with virtual teams a plus
