• Works between the CEO and Analysts • Set bi-weekly (or as needed calls) with clients • Provide consistent weekly availability to clients • Answer client emails in a timely manner (example: ID card, renewals information, etc.) • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed Platforms: • Canva • LinkedIn • Monday.com • Plansight
Requirements
• Experience in insurance (a must) • Understanding of client success • Personable • Attention to detail • Deadline oriented • Professional • 10 hours per week minimum • Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
