• Prospect into a defined list of target accounts, management groups, and ownership groups • Help open a new vertical or adjacent market for Tengo Internet • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up to generate qualified conversations • Attend trade shows/conferences to develop new relationships and expand existing ones • Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover real opportunities • Qualify prospects using a structured consultative process • Build and manage an early-stage pipeline in CRM • Work with leadership to refine messaging, approach, and market strategy • Participate in coaching and execute with discipline and persistence
• Experience in business development, SDR, BDR, outside sales, or new-market sales • Experience opening new territories, segments, or verticals • Comfortable initiating contact and building relationships from scratch • Persistent, disciplined, and resilient • Strong communication skills and professional follow-through • Organized and accountable • Self-directed, coachable, and motivated by building • Values-aligned with strong character and work ethic • Availability for 10-15% travel • Nice to Have: Experience selling into hospitality, telecom, property, infrastructure, or related industries; CRM experience; Familiarity with management groups, ownership groups, or channel/partner development
