Requirements

• Upholding a high bar by participating in technical discussions, providing feedback on specs, and making recommendations. • Owning new initiatives and taking them from A to Z. • Shipping and owning high-impact products end-to-end with high quality. • Being an empathetic person and active listener. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer working on customer-facing web applications. • Seen systems and products operating at a significant technical and organizational scale. • Work on areas including, but not limited to, API design, UI development, external service integrations (JIRA, Slack), and other business logic and customer-facing features.
