Requirements

• Excited to drive lead generation and cold outreach efforts • Extremely detail oriented • Experienced in identifying ideal company and gatekeepers • Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation • Proven skills in creating messaging • Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere • Excellent written communication, project management, and copywriting skills • Interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation • Demonstrates resiliency within changing team dynamics • Excited about building a company and collaborative work community • Proven execution and understanding of email campaign best practices • 4-7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing department
