Description

• Responsible for leading the organization's efforts in developing and implementing strategic plans to secure and manage corporate partnerships. • Includes identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate partners, securing financial support through sponsorships, grants, and cause marketing campaigns. • Works closely with internal teams, conducts prospect research, develops funding proposals, negotiates contracts, and monitors partnership performance. • Includes team leadership responsibilities, supervising and mentoring corporate partnership professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate fundraising or business development, preferably within the nonprofit sector. • Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale corporate partnerships, with a focus on revenue generation and impact. • Strong understanding of corporate philanthropy, CSR, and cause marketing trends and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with corporate stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative partnership strategies. • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in spoken and written English

Benefits

• Exempt Full Time • Salary Range: $160k - $180k
