• You are responsible for finding new clients, developing them, and ensuring alignment between the commercial promise and the delivered value. • The Key Account Manager manages the entire sales cycle (origination → scoping → closing → farming) in close collaboration with Solution Architects and partners (Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks). • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key decision-makers • Proactively pitch our offerings to your clients • Identify major challenges (data modernization, governance, quality, platforms, migrations, business intelligence) within clients and propose tailored solutions • Identify, qualify, and develop data-focused commercial opportunities • Build and maintain a robust, forecasted pipeline • Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital departments, CTOs, business stakeholders) • Ensure full client satisfaction and implement action plans when necessary • Ensure continuity of the client relationship with the project team
• You hold a degree from a top engineering school • You have 3 to 8 years of sales experience in consulting • You have a solid understanding of data architectures, AI (including GenAI) use cases, and the market challenges around these topics • You are proficient in account management techniques and methodologies • You have a strong curiosity about technology and how digital products work • You have excellent interpersonal skills • You can demonstrate leadership to engage colleagues in complex sales cycles • You are rigorous in managing your priorities and tracking your performance • You are proactive and eager to progress quickly
