📋 Description

• You are responsible for acquiring new clients, developing them, and ensuring alignment between commercial promises and delivered value. You also ensure the conditions that enable teams to succeed on their projects. • Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities, with a priority in the healthcare sector • Build and maintain a strong, forecasted pipeline • Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital leads, CTOs, business stakeholders) • Generate new leads through networking, pitches, event participation, Theodo partners, and external partners (Google, AWS, PwC, Wavestone, etc.) • Negotiate and close projects under conditions that ensure success for Theodo (engagement model, day rates, start date, etc.) • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and represent all group entities to them • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital leads, CTOs, business stakeholders) • Ensure full client satisfaction and implement action plans when it is not met • Draft clear, compelling, and impactful proposals • Ensure proper contract management, quotes, and sales-related administrative documents

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree from a top engineering school • You have 3 to 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in consulting • You have knowledge of HealthTech challenges that enables you to open new accounts for us • You are proficient in account management techniques and methodologies • You have a strong curiosity about technology and how digital products work • You have excellent interpersonal skills • You demonstrate leadership to engage your colleagues in complex sales cycles • You are rigorous in prioritization and in managing your performance • You are proactive and eager to progress quickly
