• Represent needs of ThinkOn's subscribers and resellers to various teams • Work with key stakeholders to drive market success • Help move ThinkOn towards being a Product Driven organization • Define processes, documentation, and metrics for transition • Design reliability of ThinkOn's standard services • Develop KPIs for product performance • Collaborate effectively with different teams within ThinkOn • Engage with Marketing and Sales functions for go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• Experience in Consulting is an asset • Experience with various methodologies and frameworks • Experience with large scale cloud/infrastructure deployments • Experience with setting product market goals • Experience with managing vendors and partners • Consulting or Systems Administration experience with VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Basic Networking Knowledge, Storage technologies, etc.
