📋 Description
• Serve customers at Ticketmaster locations in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner • Provide information, answer questions and transact ticket purchases via credit cards, cash, EFT or cheque payments • Consult with the Ticketing Operations Manager or Admin Manager when required • Keep abreast of current and upcoming events on the Ticketmaster network • Answer customers’ questions in relation to events on the Ticketmaster network • Working in a roving team capacity, engaging in mobile customer service and transactions • Cash handling and balancing transactions
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in dealing with a range of people from different backgrounds • Strong customer service experience and demonstrated face to face people skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Flexibility to work on a rotational roster and being accommodating • Ability to check numerical data entered and be able to identify unbalanced accounts • Cash handling experience with proven ability to balance takings • Ideally possess previous ticketing experience (not essential)
