📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC markets, from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding • Proactively source and attract talent using direct sourcing, networking, and innovative talent attraction strategies • Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and market conditions • Define effective recruitment strategies for complex and competitive Engineering and Product hiring • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping • Collaborate with hiring managers on advertising, direct sourcing, agencies, and internal solutions • Partner with the sourcing team to identify, engage, and convert candidates • Manage candidate communications and relationships throughout the recruitment process • Lead offer management and negotiations • Coordinate relationships with external agencies • Participate in employer branding activities • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment • Attend recruitment events when required • Assist with ad-hoc projects • Mentor interns or apprentices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting across multiple APAC markets • Strong understanding of regional talent landscapes, hiring practices, and local market differences • Multilingual fluency is considered a plus • Experience as a Tech Recruiter placing candidates in Engineering and Product roles • Success sourcing and hiring top talent in competitive markets, particularly for hard-to-fill roles • Knowledge of the tech industry, technical roles, and current industry trends • Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday • Experience partnering with hiring managers to deliver hires in a timely manner • Experience developing recruitment strategies for complex and specialised roles • Ability to assess talent markets, identify recruitment challenges, and recommend solutions • Experience using recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and measure effectiveness • Intermediate to advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Advanced sourcing capability • Strong analytical thinking and data-guided decision-making • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Results-driven ownership of outcomes • Collaborative and adaptable approach • Strong candidate and stakeholder focus • Ability to influence, challenge, and advise stakeholders based on recruitment expertise and market insight • Strong consulting and negotiation skills • Cultural awareness and adaptability across diverse APAC markets
