📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC markets, from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding • Proactively source and attract talent using direct sourcing, networking, and innovative talent attraction strategies • Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and market conditions • Define effective recruitment strategies involving advertising, direct sourcing, agencies, and internal solutions • Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping • Partner with the sourcing team to identify, engage, and convert candidates • Manage candidate communications and relationships with active and passive candidates • Lead offer management and negotiations • Coordinate relationships with external agencies • Participate in employer branding activities • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment • Attend recruitment events when required • Assist with ad-hoc projects • Mentor interns or apprentices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting across multiple APAC markets • Multilingual fluency considered a plus • Experience as a Tech Recruiter placing candidates in Engineering and Product roles • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring talent in competitive markets, particularly for hard-to-fill roles • Knowledge of the tech industry, technical roles, and current industry trends • Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday • Experience partnering with hiring managers to deliver hires promptly • Experience developing recruitment strategies for complex and specialised roles • Ability to assess talent markets, identify recruitment challenges, and recommend solutions • Experience using recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements • Intermediate to advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Advanced sourcing capability • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation • Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities • Strong problem-solving skills • Results-driven approach and ownership of outcomes • Collaborative team-player capability • Adaptability and flexibility • Strong candidate and stakeholder focus • Confident communication and ability to influence, challenge, and advise stakeholders • Strong consulting and negotiation skills • Cultural awareness and adaptability across diverse APAC markets
