• Respond to inbound calls and emails from dealerships • Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries • Provide training related to Dealertrack Canada products • Discuss benefits and features of DT-suite products • Interact with internal and external stakeholders • Triage, diagnose, and resolve potential issues • Provide supplementary training to dealership personnel • Communicate customer feedback • Escalate and communicate systemic issues to meet SLA
• 2 years of experience in customer service • College diploma or BA in relevant field • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) • Finance and/or automotive experience is an asset • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Technical experience in supporting web-based or client-based applications • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Language: English and French required • Working knowledge of MS Office and Sales Systems
