Description

• Provide technical expertise to internal sales teams and external customers • Engage with customers and prospects to understand technical requirements • Collaborate with Sales Director and Product team • Assist in customer acquisition • Provide customers with compelling technical solutions and product education • Eliminate sales obstacles using creative approaches • Stay knowledgeable by continuing to read and study new data • Cross-functional role with Commercial and Product teams

Requirements

• BSc. in Computer science or computer engineering • 3+ years of experience as a B2B SAAS engineer • Proficiency in API tools (XML and RESTful) • Understanding of sales cycle and solution selling processes • Negotiation and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel to conferences globally (~10% travel) • Fluency in English
