• Identify key prospects in our most important sales channels • Inbound/outbound cold calling and emailing • Follow and execute a known plan to qualify and book appointments with targets for our Partnership Managers • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, Zoom demos, LinkedIn, and any other mediums • Effectively manage your pipeline of prospects and leads — organization is key! • Positively represent our company and brand • Work in a fast-paced, challenging, high-growth startup with room to grow • This is a 6-month temporary position that has the potential to convert to full-time employment
• 1-3 years of professional work experience • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Bold - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain the Trust & Will value proposition • An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up • Flexibility - able to be agile with quick changes • Ability to become a subject matter expert. Become a guide on estate planning in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come
