Description

• Face of the company to the clients • Build and maintain client relationships • Oversee bookkeepers and handle high-level client opportunities • Handle complex and non-routine processes related to small business accounting • Prepare financial reports and maintain financial models • Train and coordinate the work of bookkeepers, consultants, and other financial professionals

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in small business accounting • Expertise in categorizing transactions, reconciling bank accounts, making accrual adjusting entries, reconciling fixed asset, maintaining debt schedules, preparing and analyzing financial statements • Comfortable with accounting software, computers, and spreadsheets • Ability to self-teach and develop proficiency with a variety of technology and software • Coaching and mentoring experience • Problem-solver who works independently • Desire to serve people, especially business owners • Obsession with meeting deadlines and keeping agreements
