Description

• Proactively establish and cultivate relationships with assigned clients • Handle day-to-day activities with clients including Brokers and Plan Sponsors • Assist clients by working collaboratively with internal functional areas • Utilize data analysis to provide valuable insights to clients • Present opportunities to upsell Truveris solutions to existing clients • Collaborate with supervisors on ongoing product development • Recognize and respond to industry and client's organization business issues and data challenges • Represent client internally as the voice of the customer and represent Truveris to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience • Superb organizational and follow up skills • Clear quantifiable track record of building professional relationships • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams and Microsoft Excel • Proficiency of Salesforce or another CRM software • Strong client management skills • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team • Basic project management skills • Ability to strategize and prepare client meeting agendas • Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced, small company environment
