• Lead relationships with growth and mid-market Communications platform customers • Responsible for protecting and growing Twilio’s communications business across assigned customers • Manage and expand ISV customer accounts • Drive account strategy to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results • Identify new revenue opportunities within ISV account portfolio • Serve on cross-functional account team • Run highly consultative sales cycles with largest customers • Develop account development strategy using data • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing CRM
• 5 years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales • Comfortable working with business and technical leaders • Analytical account development strategy • Delivering revenue and gross profit results • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience • Desired: Deep experience working with telecom companies, highly quantitative industries, or software/service selling experience
