• Responsible for executing a diverse range of responsibilities within the scope of creating, organizing, developing, and producing proposals and other formally requested client correspondence. • Generating revenue by supporting business development activities, interpreting requirements, providing data driven information, and developing a deep understanding of administration. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to gain insights and provide subject matter expertise. • Performing data collection and administrative tasks, including contacting partners, outlining requirements, and organizing and distributing information. • Translating and synthesizing information into commercial offering that targeted audiences can understand, while maintaining the technical accuracy and completeness of the intended response. • Assisting in the hand-off of active projects/cases to the Case Operations Manager.
• Advanced degree in a related field (MBA, JD) or Bachelors’ degree in related field or discipline • 1 – 3 years of experience or Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with a consistent track record of accomplishments • Demonstrated interest in class action, collective redress, mass tort and/or notice and claims administration or Experience in claims administration and a background in proposal writing and cost estimating • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment • Solid understanding of business development processes and best practices • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines without sacrificing quality • Ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy and an organized workflow • Demonstrated willingness to take on new tasks and adapt to changing business needs
