• Ideate, plan and develop a vision for innovative Secondary English resources that support educators to deliver high quality and relevant learning and teaching experiences • Sprint planning for your product and preparing and delivering monthly product reviews • Being the point of contact for all product team members on Conduit English and working as part of an agile working team to achieve sprint goals

Requirements

• 5 Years Secondary English with teaching experience in the BGE as well as Senior Phase classes within The Curriculum for Excellence • Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of key strategies and policy drivers within Scottish education • Experience of working within an agile product team, with secure knowledge of the production process • Experience of delivering projects; from ideation through to completion • Be an effective listener and communicator • Be able to present the work completed and the detail in the value the product provides • Ability to spot trends and be comfortable acting upon them • Is organised, able to work to deadlines, a good communicator and manages time effectively • Essential for remote working- You will need access to a fast and reliable internet connection of at least 6mb down and 1mb upload.
