Description

• Coordinate implementation processes, working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams • Understand the specific requirements of each school through comprehensive needs assessments • Manage implementation schedules efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to school operations • Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the implementation process • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during scheduling of implementation, providing support and addressing concerns • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through the registration process and resolving any issues or concerns • Maintain accurate documentation of implementation activities and progress reports • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the implementation workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field • Previous experience in sales implementation, preferably within the education sector or EdTech industry • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results • Proficiency in project management tools and Salesforce • Understanding of educational systems and technology integration in schools
