📋 Description

• Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn • Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team • Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers • Track activity in CRM and iterate on messaging

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS • Cold outreach prospecting experience • Fluent in German and English (French, Spanish or Italian is a big plus) • Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha • Bonus: Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
