🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 2–3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or HR operations • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office; knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets is a plus • Willingness to perform occasional fieldwork for document processing
