• Develop and expand the partner ecosystem, focusing on indirect channels and new business generation; • Define the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for resellers and implement hunting strategies to attract strategic partners; • Structure and manage the channel model with clear growth and performance targets; • Monitor sell-out KPIs, conversion funnel, and partner performance; • Manage relationships with integrators, ensuring operational quality and the health of the operation; • Lead negotiations and contracts, ensuring balance and avoiding conflicts with the direct channel.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; • Proven experience managing indirect channels (resellers, distributors, or partners); • Hunter profile with a track record in partnership development and business expansion; • Strong analytical ability (KPIs, funnel, P&L, and performance indicators); • Negotiation and conflict management skills. • Nice to have: • Experience in technology, startups, and fintech sectors; • Experience working with integrators and CRM tools;
