Description

• Ownership and management of engineering tooling • Develop and own engineering development process and associated templates • Directly project manage cross-functional engineering-led initiatives • Manage engineering-specific rhythm of the business inclusive of aggregate resourcing, offsites, and special projects/programs • Partner with finance/procurement to manage engineering usage/spending across all vendors and teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management, program management, engineering or business operations, or related roles in a high-growth and complex environment. • Ability to bring clarity to complex areas of collaboration at the company level. • Is metrics and data-driven and has a commercially minded approach when solving problems. • Has strong business acumen, allowing you to make strategic business decisions that drive the business forward. • Effectively communicates with and influences cross-functional stakeholders. • Is a strong decision-maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration. • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving the execution of a product launch to developing our long-term product operations strategy. • This role will fully support Vanta’s engineering organization and report centrally to the Head of Product Operations.
