• Achieve sales and financial targets aligned with company objectives. • Design and implement business plans to expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence. • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, advocacy groups, and decision-makers. • Build long-lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. • Develop deep industry expertise and stay informed on market trends. • Collect, maintain, and analyze sales, customer, and market data to identify opportunities. • Monitor tenders within the area of responsibility. • Collaborate closely with Technical Service, Tender, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; scientific or medical background strongly preferred. • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the healthcare industry, hospital environment, or medical device sales. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Communication, Collaboration & Teamwork, Self-Motivation. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Boost/Salesforce preferred.
