Description

• Act as a Varicent adviser to client resources • Maximize VIP client's return on Varicent investment • Build strong relationships with stakeholders • Support business goals with innovative solutions • Monitor existing solutions for optimal performance • Proactively adapt and evolve solutions • Troubleshoot errors and technical hurdles • Identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with team for sustainable project and product growth

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or related business discipline • Prior experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases • Technical data skills including strong experience with SQL data manipulation • Understanding of Sales Performance Management domain preferred • Hands on experience with Varicent software products strongly preferred • Analytical mindset with a keen focus on data • Ability to gather and interpret business requirements • Strong business communication skills • Customer-centric with ability to empathize and understand customer needs • High energy with a drive to succeed • Initiative and ability to work independently • Ability to adapt to evolving processes
