• Drive sales team motivation and revenue maximization • Coordinate efforts to optimize sales territories and quotas • Evaluate sales performance for growth insights • Streamline commission calculations and maintain sales tooling • Design compelling incentives in collaboration with sales leaders • Develop clear policies and documentation for transparency and efficiency within the sales process • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with budgets, data accuracy, and informative visualizations • Work on data analysis, reporting, compliance, policy adherence, and sales tools management • Provide training and communication to the sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field • 5+ years of experience in sales/sales operations • 3+ years of experience in sales performance analysis, territory management, and commission strategy development • Strong working knowledge of sales performance management software, Salesforce, and data analytics tools • Experience in project management • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience with data interpretation using advanced spreadsheet software like Excel and SQL • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Adaptability to evolving sales strategies and market conditions • Understanding of sales processes and key performance drivers • Interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude • High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially • Exceptional attention to detail when creating and maintaining sales-related policies and documentation • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
