• Business Development Lead for NationSwell Institutional Membership growth • Develop go-to-market strategy, cultivate relationships, drive outcomes • Co-design growth vision, analyze revenue streams, lead team, embody core values • $175,000-$225,000 base salary plus uncapped commission • Travel expectation on a monthly basis
• At least 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or fundraising • Experience in building and leading business development operations • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders • Understanding of social impact issues, trends, and mission articulation • Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving abilities • Track record of achieving targets, selling to Fortune 500 institutions
