• Develop and implement integrated and demand campaign plans aligned to strategic industry verticals, with clearly set goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics • People lead the demand generation and integrated team members to provide support and strategy • Lead, coach, and develop members of a highly effective and productive marketing team while exemplifying the core values of the company • Manage global campaign planning process and work with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative and Marketing Operations • Localize, regionalize, and execute global campaigns by collaborating with the EMEA/APAC global teams • Partner with planning teams to develop campaign briefs and detailed project plans including campaign goals, theme, messaging, marketing distribution channel summary, and campaign schedule • Collaborate with vertical internal sales counterparts to plan, execute, and report on dedicated integrated and demand campaigns • Lead all aspects of Vasion’s integrated and demand campaign calendar and communicate to key stakeholders and teams the long term vision of programs to achieve business objectives • Supervise industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach target personas and identify gaps within strategic accounts • Own budget, resource allocation, and performance to plan against defined metrics
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 8-10+ years of experience in Marketing • 3-5 years of related experience in campaign management, demand generation, or account-based marketing • 3+ years experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams • Experience leading campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, messaging, positioning, targeting, segmentation strategies, and campaign analysis
